I will teach you how to squat, bench and deadlift safely and with proper form so you can see 3 white lights on the platform. Whether you are just getting started or already a competitive lifter, I will take you through a progressive program to build strength tailored to your specific needs.

We will work together to build on your specific goals while also finding a balance between training and your lifestyle.

  • I will be there to help you overcome challenges, stay accountable and get the best possible results.

  • Monthly formal check-ins to address challenges, answer questions and provide support through your training.

  • Weekly reviews to address form and movement patterns to make adjustments and progressions as needed throughout the program.

  • Ability to track daily food diary, steps and other health/recovery metrics with in app integrations through Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer and/or Garmin

  • Unlimited 24/7 communication to address immediate questions or concerns (with max 24 hour response time)

  • Complimentary handling at meets (if I am already present or if travel/accommodation is covered)
