Weekly reviews to address form and movement patterns to make adjustments and progressions as needed throughout the program.
Ability to track daily food diary, steps and other health/recovery metrics with in app integrations through Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer and/or Garmin
Unlimited 24/7 communication to address immediate questions or concerns (with max 24 hour response time)
