Lisa Kitagawa

Owner & Head Coach

I live in a small town in British Columbia, Canada on a little hobby farm with my dog, 2 cats and my horse. I started out doing CrossFit in 2018 and fell in love with the barbell and in becoming the strongest version of myself both physically and mentally. Once I discovered Powerlifting and competed at my first meet at the end of 2021, I knew I found my calling. I have had the opportunity to represent Team Canada internationally multiple times, including at IPF Open Classic Worlds in 2022. Whether seeing 3 white lights on the platform is your goal or just being able to build sustainable habits through nutrition and mindset coaching, I’m here to help you achieve that!
